He acts as a hands-on technical lead and fractional CTO for clients, offering impartial advice on technology strategy. With over 25 years in IT and software delivery, Matt combines deep technical expertise with clear, grounded thinking that helps clients make confident decisions.
Louise runs the business and ensures Talk Think Do operates to the same high standards it delivers for clients. With over 20 years in IT, change management, and software delivery, she combines commercial oversight with hands-on project leadership. Louise keeps delivery efficient and aligned with client goals, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly and to a consistently high standard.
Catherine leads delivery with a focus on strong relationships and dependable results. She’s known for her clear communication, calm leadership, and commitment to client success. Catherine ensures projects stay on track and teams work well together - creating the conditions for high-quality delivery every time.
Nikki works closely with clients to shape solutions around their business goals. An IIBA-certified Business Analyst, she brings structure and clarity to complex requirements, ensuring every feature delivers measurable value. Jo supports the day-to-day running of Talk Think Do, managing administrative and operational tasks that keep everything organised.
